Get to know me . . .
My Story . . .
I was lucky that my first job out of college - being hired as a recruiter for an international company - found me, and it was everything I didn’t know I wanted.
Since then, for almost 20 years, I have recruited, headhunted, and onboarded employees across Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups. Past clients include FOX, Nokia, Nike, AMEX to name a few and I've also lead global efforts in the USA, Costa Rica, Chile, Brazil, Canada and Mexico recruiting more than 500+ employees and executives.
There was only one part about my job that I didn't love --
You see, as a recruiter, we’re looking for the most marketable talent, and that often means rejecting those that really needed a job (who were often just as good of a fit, but not as good at marketing themselves).
That's why I've taken all of my expert hiring and recruiting knowledge and now help ambitious professionals who have hit roadblocks in identifying and climbing their own ladders.
As a career coach, I helps my clients discover what they most want, develop a strategy for creating that for themselves, and start taking action to build careers and lives they truly enjoy so they can feel fulfilled and energized each and every day.
I’ve helped hundreds - from senior executives to young professionals to college graduates - navigate their career paths and have been their coach, consultant, cheerleader, and challenger all in one. Nothing makes me happier than receiving positive, happy news of people waking up with a smile… on a Monday (say whaaat?!)!
